Terms of Service
By registering for a class, workshop, or event with Art Works! Studio, you agree to the following terms.
Registration & Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of registration. Your registration reserves a dedicated space in the class or workshop.
Cancellations & Credits
Art Works! Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be issued. Because classes are small and materials are prepared in advance, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel prior to the class session.
- Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a studio credit for a future class
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for credit or rescheduling
- No-shows are not eligible for credit
- There are no make-ups scheduled for missed sessions in a multi-week class. However, multi-week class costs may be automatically prorated at registration if you register after the first session.
If you are sick, please do not come to the studio. In cases of illness or emergency, please reach out—we will do our best to offer a one-time courtesy credit when appropriate.
Parties & Private Events
- 30+ days’ notice: full refund minus a $50 processing fee
- 20–29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund
- Date changes must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability ($25 transfer fee)
- If Art Works! Studio cancels a party, a full refund will be issued
Packages (Family Use)
Discounted class packages may be shared within the same household and must be used within the calendar year in which they are purchased. Packages are not transferable outside the family.
Attendance & Age Requirements
Students must meet the age requirements listed for each class. Every participant must be registered. Registrations may not be transferred to another individual without permission from Art Works! Studio.
Studio Environment
Art Works! Studio is a respectful, inclusive space for creative practice. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, fees are non-refundable.
Expressive Arts Disclaimer
Our classes support creativity, well-being, and self-expression, but they are not therapy and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
Liability
By attending classes or using the studio space, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your participation. Art Works! Studio, its owner, instructors, and staff are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur while participating in studio activities or using the space.
Photography
We may photograph student work and studio moments for sharing on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be included, please email hello@artworksmichigan.com
Changes to Services
Art Works! Studio reserves the right to update classes, pricing, and policies as needed. Continued participation indicates acceptance of these updates.
